With this game-changing feature, providers can now receive email notifications when a case is approaching its expiry date or has reached a specific level of utilisation. This means that you no longer have to run the cases report periodically to determine your clients' case end dates. Instead, you can opt for individuals or user groups to receive these email notifications.
Case Alerts are particularly useful for NDIS providers who are responsible for managing their participant's NDIS service agreement funding. With Splose's latest Case Alerts feature, providers can confidently set alerts to notify team members when a case is about to expire. This notification can be customised to a number of weeks or months before the case expiry date to suit their preference.
