Can my team members join my free trial?

Yes, you can invite all of your team members to your workspace during your free trial. You will only be billed for members that remain active in your workspace at the time of renewal.

Which team members pay for Splose?

You will only be billed for active members in your workspace. When a member becomes inactive, then you will no longer be billed for them. Splose automatically detects if members become active or inactive and adjusts your subscription in real-time. All changes made to your workspace, including a change in the number of members, will be displayed in your billing statement.

Do you provide any discounts?

Yes, your entire workspace can save 20% on its subscription by paying annually instead of monthly.

Are there any additional costs?

SMS credits are 10¢ each and a minimum of $20 AUD SMS credits can be purchased at any time. Email sending is completely free. All workspaces receive 10GB free workspace storage. All prices advertised exclude GST.

Can I cancel my subscription during or after my trial?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, right from your dashboard and there are no hoops to jump through in order to cancel. Even if you cancel, you will be able to continue accessing your workspace until the end of your free trial or subscription term.

Which are my payment options?

You can use your credit card to pay for your subscription. All card payments are secured by our payment provider Stripe. Enterprise customers can choose to be invoiced annually and pay by direct bank transfer.
