Tiana Andrews is a multiply-neurodivergent Senior Occupational Therapist. Her lived experience with neurodivergence shapes everything about how she runs Tailored Two You Occupational Therapy. Based on the Central Coast of New South Wales (NSW), Tiana supports neurodivergent kids and adults at home, at school, in the community, or online.
Her practice is built on a simple yet deeply considered philosophy: support should be genuine, neuro-affirming, and aligned with the person's actual life. For support to feel truly tailored, she believes practitioners cannot adopt a one-size-fits-all approach nor be clinical for the sake of it.
The challenge of being a solo practitioner
