A year of growth
This year, splose experienced phenomenal growth, solidifying its place as a trusted ally for healthcare professionals worldwide.
Our community of allied healthcare professionals doubled from 7,000 to 14,000, a testament to the increasing adoption of splose.
We also expanded beyond Australia, launching in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, and welcomed new friends from countries like Egypt, India, Vietnam, Bangladesh, France, and Pakistan.
Our online Facebook community group saw an impressive 185% growth, reaching over 3,000 members by December.
Team growth
To keep up with this momentum, our team grew by 68.2%, expanding from 22 to 37 members. We also strengthened our engineering team, doubling it from 5 to 10 talented individuals who delivered 117 releases this year, ensuring splose continues to evolve and meet the needs of our users.

splose AI: From Ask AI and voice-to-text capabilities to AI-driven email summaries and letter generation, our improved splose AI brought unparalleled efficiency to practices.
New releases: Progress Notes 2.0, ACC and NDIS Bulk Upload, Physitrack integration, Single Sign-On (SSO), Placeholders, and Custom Fields are just a few of the features we rolled out to make splose even more powerful and user-friendly.
splose academy: To support our users, we established the splose academy, a dedicated platform offering comprehensive learning resources to help practices maximise the software’s potential.
Success & support
We launched Bobby - our virtual AI assistant. Bobby’s CSAT reached an all-time high of 96.8%! This steady rise reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Human Support: Our support team sent 65,512 replies in total - ensuring clients have the right answers when they need them.These numbers are more than stats; they represent the countless hours saved and the seamless experiences delivered to practices around the world.
Events
Our commitment to connecting with our community reached new heights in 2024. We attended 17 events across Australia, New Zealand, and UK, the most ever in a single year.
