New Feature Alert: Block bookings from exceeding case or funding periods

New Feature Block bookings from exceeding case or funding periods f

We've all been there: booking a session only to realise later it falls outside a client's funding period, or overutilises their case limit. It’s an administrative headache that can cost you time and money. That’s why we’re excited to announce the enhanced release of "Block bookings from exceeding case or funding periods"!

This smart feature is purpose-built to take the admin burden off your hands so you can focus on caring for people.

Hands-Off Automation for Compliant Bookings

Keeping track of utilisation and end dates is crucial, and now you don't have to worry about it. With this setting toggled on, if you schedule a booking that overutilises a client's case or funding period, or is beyond the end date, splose will immediately alert you and stop the booking from being made.

It's hands off automation ensuring every session you book is compliant and billable, saving you from administrative headaches down the line. This means you can count on splose to be the backbone of your practice and help you hold the fort when it comes to compliance.

Total Flexibility at Your Fingertips

We've enhanced our cases feature with added flexibility, allowing you to tailor it to your specific needs. Now, you can manage this setting in two key places:

  1. Workplace Settings (Default ON): This is where you can apply the block as a default for your whole business. If you toggle this on or off, you'll be prompted to choose whether it applies to new cases, or new and existing cases.
  2. Individual Client Cases: You have the power to override the Workplace setting on a per-case basis. If you allow a client’s bookings to exceed case or funding periods here, this will take priority over the global Workplace toggle.

This is just one more example of how splose exists to put time back into the hands of allied health professionals. We're always investing deep in our product to give you the most intuitive software ever.
