What inspired you to start the business?

Lize: When I was a little girl - I was six when I saw an OT for some of my own challenges that I faced. I soon realised the need in our community is massive.

What we really want to be is a place where families come and don't feel that judgement: and our role is to really invest in our team members.

How did you manage your practice before splose?

Lize: We didn't have any integration, so we used practice management software - but we used multiple different platforms.

Leanne: we could see the ability to probably wipe out about four or five other systems that we were using alongside our old practice management software as well, and for us that was game-changing.

How has the Xero integration helped?

Leanne: The systems integrates seamlessly. I have been using the system integration for two years and I don't think I've ever found a scenario where it's not syncing or talking exactly how I think it should be syncing or talking.

What splose feature has blown you away?

Leanne: Bulk invoicing, the ability to be able to click a button and invoice however many client I've chosen to invoice.

Xero - a lot of our reporting was very manual. Now it's all just straight from splose.

What does your team love about splose?

Lize: Therapists can look at the visuals like a pie chart. They don't have to go and calculate how many sessions they've had. It's just bang, it's just there.

How was switching to splose?

Leanne: It took a weekend to migrate all of our data in so we sort of decided to kick it off on the Friday and by Monday we had the team in the system training them.

What's been your best experience with splose support?

Leanne: With our old system there was actually very limited support, but splose - we're able to get onto some video calls if we had bigger things so we might park a few things and then go 'okay we've got four or five items, let's give them a call and see if we can book in a time to chat online.'

How was splose supported your practice growth?

Lize: We can have the same system and double our team and not need any more admin support. The opportunities for growth, and for insight within the reporting and strategical planning, with splose is huge.

With splose, what's now possible for your practice?

Lize: just the way in which we've been able to use their reports - i think that, for the future - is amazing. We could probably get the reports in the past but that required Leanne's exceptional Excel knowledge to manipulate multiple reports whereas (with splose), it's just there.

So the growth and the opportunity with splose for the future is endless; and every time a new feature drops it just adds something else of value to us.
