1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions ("Promotion Terms") govern participation in the splose 'High Performance' Promotion ("Promotion"). By redeeming a Coupon Code and agreeing to a 12-month agreement with splose during the Promotion Period, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms, as well as splose's standard Terms of Service ("ToS"). In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and the ToS, these Promotion Terms will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Who can participate
The Promotion is open to:
- New customers who sign up to splose and commit to a new 12-month subscription agreement during the Promotion Period; and
- Existing customers who upgrade from a monthly subscription to a 12-month subscription agreement, or who upgrade from a Platform-only plan to a Platform + AI bundle, during the Promotion Period.
2.2 Who cannot participate
The following are not eligible to participate:
- Customers who are already on a 12-month agreement for both the core splose Platform AND splose AI at the start of the Promotion Period and are not upgrading their plan;
- Customers located outside Australia or the United Kingdom.
2.3 Authorisation
Only the account owner or workspace administrator (as defined under splose's ToS) may commit a practice to a 12-month agreement for the purposes of this Promotion. By doing so, they represent and warrant that they have the authority to bind the practice to the agreement.
3. Promotional Offers
Subject to these Promotion Terms, the following offers apply to each practitioner on the eligible account at the time of signing.
3.1 Coupon Code Redemption
To receive the discount under clause 3.2, the account owner or workspace administrator must redeem a valid promotional coupon code ("Coupon Code") through the Manage Subscription section of their splose account. No discount will be applied without successful redemption of a Coupon Code.
Coupon Codes must be redeemed by 30 June 2026. Any Coupon Code not redeemed by this date will expire and no discount will be applied.
Coupon Codes are single-use and may only be applied once per account.
Coupon Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
splose is not responsible for any failure to redeem a Coupon Code resulting from technical issues outside splose's reasonable control, provided splose takes reasonable steps to resolve any reported issue prior to the expiry date.
3.2 Discount
Upon successful redemption of a Coupon Code, participants are entitled to the following discounts, applied to the platform subscription fee:
Option: Discount
- splose Platform: 15% discount
- splose AI: 25% discount
The discount:
- Applies per practitioner at the time of Coupon Code redemption;
- Applies for the duration of the initial 12-month term only;
- Is calculated against the standard monthly subscription rate applicable at the time of redemption;
- Does not apply to practitioners added to the account after the date of redemption;
- Is not transferable and has no cash value.
3.3 SMS Credits
Each practitioner on the account at the time of signing will receive 200 complimentary SMS credits ("SMS Credits"), subject to the following:
- SMS Credits will be applied as a credit against the account
- SMS Credits will be applied to the account once onboarding is completed by 31 July 2026;
- SMS Credits are a one-time allocation and do not renew;
- SMS Credits do not expire;
- SMS Credits are non-transferable, can not be refunded, and have no cash value;
- SMS Credits will not be reissued if the account is cancelled or suspended after onboarding is completed.
- SMS offer only available in Australia and The United Kingdom
4. Agreement and Onboarding Requirements
To receive the benefits of this Promotion:
- A 12-month subscription agreement must be signed by 30 June 2026; and
- Onboarding must be completed by 31 July 2026.
- Failure to complete onboarding by 31 July 2026 will result in forfeiture of the SMS Credits and the discount under clause 3.2 being revoked.
5. General Terms
5.1 Modification and cancellation
splose reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, subject to any applicable law. Where reasonably practicable, splose will notify affected participants of any material changes.
5.2 No stacking limitations
This Promotion may be used in conjunction with other applicable offers or credits unless otherwise specified by splose in writing.
5.3 Fraud and misuse
splose reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive manner, or otherwise breaches these Promotion Terms.
5.4 Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with splose's Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to splose using your information for the purposes of administering the Promotion and (if applicable) the Competition, and for marketing purposes.
5.5 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, splose excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising in connection with this Promotion or the Competition, including the use or redemption of any Prize.
5.6 Governing law
These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
