Skip the prompt writing: the splose Template Library is live

If you've ever wondered how to get AI to actually draft your notes the way you'd write them, you're not alone. Getting real value out of splose AI used to mean writing a good, discipline-specific prompt first, and that's a skill clinicians shouldn't have to learn on top of an already busy workload.

The splose Template Library changes that. It's a growing collection of ready-to-use, discipline-specific templates for AI-assisted progress notes, and it's live now in Australia and the UK.

What's in it

Every template in the library is written by splose alongside practising clinicians, so the structure and language match how those notes are actually written. The AI instructions are already built into every section, so there's nothing to set up. Before you use one, you can preview it two ways: a worked example of the finished note, and the template itself with its AI blocks laid out.

Templates are ready now for:

  • Occupational Therapy
  • Physiotherapy
  • Speech Pathology
  • Psychology
  • Counselling

Start from a template, then make it yours

Use a template as it is on your next note. Once you've seen what it produces on a real session, what's worth changing for your practice becomes obvious. Every part of a template can be edited, and saving one from the library makes a copy that belongs to your practice, so it's yours to adjust however you like.

For teams, it's the whole rollout, done

If you've set up an AI subscription for a team before, you know the pattern: someone, usually the practice owner or a team lead, has to build the templates before anyone else can start, fitted in between clients, for disciplines they don't all practise themselves. The Template Library takes that off one person's plate. Every practice gets a working starting point for their own discipline from day one.

Where to find it

You'll find the Template Library directly while creating a progress note, or in your Progress Note Template settings.

What's next

We're continuing to add disciplines, and general, non-AI templates will join the library too. If your discipline isn't covered yet, tell us on the Ideas Hub so we can prioritise it.

We also ran the Template Search competition for AU customers, where teams submitted progress note templates they rely on. The selected templates each won $200 AUD and will be going live in the product library during November for the whole community to use.
