We love a good excuse to brag about our people, and this one's a big deal: Anna Kelk, Stephanie Rinaldi, and Zoe Gomez, the powerhouse trio behind splose AI, have been named finalists in the Women in Digital 2026 National Awards, in the Product Excellence — Team category.

Women in Digital is one of Australia's leading communities celebrating women in tech, and this award recognises teams doing genuinely outstanding work in product and technology. It's competitive. Being named a finalist means the judges looked at what this team built and said: yes, this is what excellence looks like.

The team

  • Anna Kelk — Chief Product Officer
  • Stephanie Rinaldi — AI Product Manager
  • Zoe Gomez — Senior Product Designer

Together, they've led the strategy, design, and research behind splose AI, navigating one of the trickiest environments you can build AI in: regulated healthcare, where every decision has real clinical consequences.

A quick look at why

This year alone, the team has backed every feature launch with real data, running structured experiments that lifted AI adoption and habit formation among practitioners, all grounded in 40+ customer research sessions. Fast, thoughtful, and evidence-led - exactly the combination the judges were looking for.

So here's to Anna, Steph, and Zoe, huge congratulations on becoming Women in Digital National Award finalists. We're so proud, and we'll be cheering loudly when the winners are announced.
