Terms and Conditions - First 30 Days Fee-Free

For a limited time, new splose Payments users can process payments fee-free for their first 30 days. splose will credit the value of your splose payment processing fees back to your splose subscription invoice, up to the volume cap set out below.

The Offer

For a limited time, new splose Payments users can process payments fee-free for their first 30 days. splose will credit the value of your splose payment processing fees back to your splose subscription invoice, up to the volume cap set out below.

Who Is Eligible

This offer is available to:

  • New splose customers who enable Payments for the first time.
  • Existing splose customers who have not previously used splose Payments.

Customers who are already active splose Payments users are not eligible.

How It Works

  1. Connect your Stripe account to splose and complete the setup and approval process.
  2. Process payments as normal. Your standard splose payment fees apply at the time of each transaction.
  3. At the end of your 30-day promotional period, we will calculate the total splose fees charged on your eligible payment volume.
  4. That amount will be applied as a credit to your next splose subscription invoice.

When Does the Promotion Start

Your 30-day promotional period begins on the date your Stripe payment account is set up and approved — not the date you signed up for splose.

Volume Cap

The fee credit applies to a maximum of $10,000 in payment volume processed during your 30-day promotional window. Payment volume above $10,000 is charged at the standard rate and is not eligible for the credit.

When Will I Receive the Credit

Your credit will be applied to your splose account within 90 days following the end of your 30-day promotional period. 

Credit Usage

Refunded credits can be used for any splose service EXCEPT payment fees.

What Fees Are Covered

The credit covers splose's payment processing fees only (the application fee component of your transaction costs). Stripe's underlying processing fees are not covered by this promotion and are not included in the credit calculation.

General Conditions

  • This offer may be withdrawn or modified at any time for new participants. Customers already within their promotional period will not be affected.
  • The credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
  • One promotional period per splose organisation.
  • splose reserves the right to disqualify participants in cases of misuse or abuse of the offer.
