Tiana Andrews is a multiply-neurodivergent Senior Occupational Therapist. That lived experience shapes everything about how she runs Tailored Two You Occupational Therapy. Based on the Central Coast of New South Wales (NSW), Tiana supports fellow neurodivergent kids and adults, wherever it makes most sense: at home, at school, in the community, or online.
Her practice is built on a simple but deeply considered philosophy: support should be genuine, neuro-affirming, and aligned with the person's actual life. Not one-size-fits-all. Not clinical for the sake of it. Truly tailored.
The challenge
Before splose, Tiana's admin life was fragmented. As a solo practitioner without an admin team behind her, Tiana was juggling her practice across multiple platforms. This meant notes, invoices, forms and reminders all lived in different locations. Worse still, none of these key pieces of information spoke to each other from their silos. The result was a workload that felt more scattered than it needed to be, eating into time that could've been spent on providing the care that actually matters.
Why splose?
When Tiana chose splose, she did her research. "Good reviews, user friendly, and innovative with updating according to feedback."
What stood out to her wasn't just our feature set. It was the sense that splose was a platform that actually listened to its users and kept improving. For someone building a practice with a long-term vision, that responsiveness felt meaningful and welcome.
The features that made the difference
For Tiana, the most valuable part of splose is more than any single feature. It is the integration of invoices, progress notes, reminders, and tags of forms and plans. It means Tiana can move through her day without toggling between platforms or manually re-entering the same information in multiple places. Finally, no information was lost in transit.
But what keeps her improving how she uses it? The community.
Active feedback either through social media groups, emails, and new things, and ways I can do different features to streamline things, either through tutorials or questions and answers.
Tiana values that splose isn't just a product, it comes with a learning ecosystem around it. Tutorials, community groups, and ongoing updates mean she's never stuck. Someone is always available to provide an answer.
The "aha" moment
While integration helped Tiana see the immediate value in splose, it was our AI tools that really clicked for her. The ability to use splose AI to assist with notes and documentation was a game-changer for Tiana. Now as she juggled clinical work, business admin, and everything in between, the combination of AI intelligence and convenience meant Tiana could work smarter, not longer.
The outcome
The shift from fragmented tools to a single, integrated platform has transformed how Tailored Two You OT runs day-to-day. Less time on admin. Less mental overload. More space to focus on clients. That's the practical reality of having everything in one place, and it's exactly what Tiana was chasing when she made the switch.
Advice for anyone starting out
Tiana's tip for new splose users is about staying connected and being patient with the process:
Keep connected to the splose community and watch tutorials to help with setting things up and understanding various different features.
At splose, we believe there’s immense power inside the platform. But we also believe in the transformative power around our platform in the form of the community and resources we continue to build upon every day.
