We chose splose because of its ease to use. We can do case load management. We can book appointments. We can manage cases. We can do case notes. We can use AI, and it's perfect for our practice. 

My name is Reds. I'm the director here at Dragon Occupational Therapy. We are a private occupational therapy practice in Manchester. Our aim is to provide friendly, approachable, and neuro-affirming occupational therapy to children and adults. Before we started with splose, we were managing our practice with a variety of different systems. We were trying the spreadsheets out. We tried a different CRM system, word documents for progress notes, which were clunky, not easy to use, and took time. And there were lots of different things that we tried, which did work, but they didn't fully meet our need.

It has massively improved our workflow from referral to end of case. It's absolutely changed everything that we do. From the beginning of a case, we can send referral forms out. We have the inquiry form embedded onto our website. We then upload documents. We do progress notes. We manage our weekly therapy sessions with the calendars, and then when it comes to the end of a case, we can send out further emails and then discharge the case.

The Xero integration on splose has been incredible as well. Not long before we started using it, we moved over to Xero. So, the fact that we were able to integrate that into splose as well has saved so much time because we can directly invoice our clients straight from the system without having to do two pieces of work. 

My team loves splose because of its ease of use. Where we used to spend maybe 20 minutes, half an hour trying to write case notes, find the files, locate them, splose just lets us do it there automatically, and it's saving a massive amount of admin time. 

From the very beginning, they were helpful. They were available for calls. They helped us migrate over from a different system. They were just there when we needed them. With splose, so much more is possible with our practice. There's certain features we may not have been using to the best, which we're going to. So, it's something we're really looking forward to utilising in the future, which is going to make our practice so much quicker. People can see exactly how much work they've done, how much work's left, and we're really looking forward to utilising that feature, making it work for us.
