2. Eligibility

2.1 Who can participate

Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years old and over.

Employees (and their immediate family members) of splose Pty Ltd, agencies or companies directly associated with the conduct of this promotion, businesses involved in determining or managing the winner/s, and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies are not eligible to enter.

2.1 How to enter

To enter the promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the promotional period:

1. Subscribe to an Annual Plan for either the splose Platform or splose AI ("qualifying transaction") by 30 June 2026; and
2. Apply one of the designated Annual Plan coupon codes (“promotion codes”) at the time of subscription; and
3. Complete onboarding by 31 July 2026.

Entry is automatic upon completion of the qualifying transaction with a valid promotion code. No separate entry form is required.

The qualifying transaction must be a new Annual Plan subscription commenced during the promotional period. Renewals of existing annual subscriptions do not qualify.

Proof of purchase: The entrant must retain their subscription confirmation email as proof of purchase. The promoter may request this at any time to validate an entry.

Your letter must include your full name, residential address, email address, landline and mobile telephone numbers, and state or territory of residence. One (1) postal entry is permitted per person. Postal entries must be received by 30 June 2026. Photocopied, incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

2.2 Entries permitted

One (1) entry is permitted per person, regardless of the number of qualifying transactions completed.

3. General Terms

3.1 Total prize pool

Total prize value: AUD $10,000.00 (inclusive of GST)

3.2 Major Prize: Sydney Kings High Performance Experience

The major prize comprises:

• Two (2) return airfares from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Sydney (SYD), including one (1) standard checked bag per person;
• Two (2) nights’ accommodation in Sydney NSW, as selected by the promoter; and
• Two (2) tickets to a Sydney Kings NBL home game, on a date to be determined by the promoter.

3.3 Draw details

There is one (1) prize. The draw will be conducted using a random number generator.

The draw will take place at Ground Floor, 153 Flinders Street, Adelaide SA 5000 on 31 July 2026 at 12:00pm ACST. The draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request.

3.4 Equal chance

Each valid entry in the lottery gives rise to an equal chance of winning the major prize, in accordance with Schedule 11, Part 4 of the Lotteries Act 2019 (SA).

3.5 Prize conditions

The prize is subject to the following conditions:

• Flight class is at the Promoter’s discretion. Specific dates are subject to flight availability and must be agreed between the winner and the promoter 30 days before travel.
• Travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of the draw date.
• Accommodation room type and hotel are at the promoter’s discretion.
• Sydney Kings game tickets are subject to the Sydney Kings’ and NBL’s applicable terms and conditions.
• The prize does not include travel insurance, meals, beverages, transfers, or any other expenses not expressly stated above.
• The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or associated with the NBL, Sydney Kings, or any airline or hotel provider.

3.4 Notification of winners

The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw date using the email address associated with their splose account at the time of entry.

3.5 Claiming prizes

Winners have two (2) months from the draw date to claim the prize by responding to the email notification. The prize must be claimed by 30 September 2026. Where a winner does not claim the prize within this period, the prize will be foregone.

After a winner has claimed their prize, the promoter will arrange the prize components (flights, accommodation, tickets) within a reasonable timeframe agreed with the winner, subject to availability.

3.6 Publication of winners

The last name, initial of the first name and postcode of the winner will be published on the High Performance promotion terms page within 30 days of the draw date for a period of 30 days. Where a winner requests that their name and postcode not be published, the promoter shall abide by this request.

3.7 Unclaimed prizes

The prize must be claimed by 30 September 2026 at 12:00pm ACST. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 1 October 2026 at 12:00pm ACST at the same address as the original draw using a random number generator.

The winner of the redraw will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the redraw date. The last name, initial of the first name and postcode of the redraw winner will be published on the High Performance promotion terms page within 30 days of the redraw date for a period of 30 days.

3.8 On-premise

A participating venue will not offer this promotion as an inducement directed at encouraging patrons to gamble in line with relevant state gambling authorities.

3.9 Cancellation

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

4. Conditions

1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read the Terms and Conditions (and Schedule) and that entry into the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of them.
2. The promotion commences on the start date and concludes on the end date ("promotional period"). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
3. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the promotional period.
4. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the promoter, agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this promotion, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the promotion, businesses involved in the management of the promotion, any organisation benefiting from the promotion, the promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family member” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
5. Draw:
   1. the draw will take place at Ground Floor, 153 Flinders Street, Adelaide SA 5000 on 31 July 2026 at 12:00pm ACST using a random number generator;
   2. the draw conductor may draw an additional reserve entry in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn;
   3. if the draw date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day;
   4. the promoter will ensure the draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request; and
   5. the winner of the drawn prize is determined by chance.
6. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner.
7. If the winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to) or does not take or claim the prize within the timeframe outlined in the schedule, they forfeit the prize and the promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
8. Where entry is by subscription, the cost of the subscription is no greater than it would be without the opportunity to participate in the promotion.
9. Entrants must keep their proof of purchase (subscription confirmation email) for each entry. If an entrant fails to produce proof of purchase when requested by the promoter, the promoter has the right to invalidate that entry and/or forfeit the entrant’s right to a prize. Proof of purchase must clearly specify: (a) the qualifying transaction (Annual Plan subscription to splose Platform or splose AI); (b) that the designated promotion code was applied; and (c) that the subscription was commenced during the promotional period.
10. The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prize components (inclusive of GST) at the date of these terms and conditions being approved. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date.
11. No part of the prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the promoter.
12. If the prize (or a portion of the prize) is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.
13. No entry fee is charged by the promoter to enter the promotion. Entry is effected through the normal subscription process on splose.com. There is no additional cost to enter the promotion other than the cost of the qualifying transaction and any cost paid by the entrant to access the internet via their internet service provider.
14. The prize will be awarded to the person named in the qualifying transaction and any entry made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
15. Entrants’ personal information will be collected by the promoter. Personal information will be stored on the promoter’s databases. If the entrant selects the required tick box on entry, the promoter may use the information for future marketing purposes regarding their products, including contacting the entrant electronically. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy which is located at https://splose.com/privacy-policy. The promoter gathers personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this promotion and may disclose the entrant’s personal information to third parties including prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this promotion and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter the promotion.
16. The promoter will only publish the winner’s last name, initial of the first name and postcode of residence.
17. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving the prize.
18. If a prize is provided to the promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party prize supplier.
19. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these terms and conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
20. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
21. The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant details (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the promoter’s discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
22. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the promotion or claiming a prize, the promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the promoter’s decision will be final.
23. The promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation). For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where the promoter has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case the promoter’s liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
24. Unless otherwise specified, the prize is a single experience for the winner and cannot be separated into separate events or components.
25. The winner agrees to participate in photos, videos, interviews, and other promotional materials as required by the promoter which can be used in marketing materials globally.
26. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.
